The matter is reportedly under investigation. It is important to note that these claims remain allegations and have not been publicly adjudicated in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-48ae959884b373c80c4a5a3bece2deee\">At the same time, Nazlim has filed a lawsuit against Dr. Oz in New York Supreme Court. In her filing, she alleges that Dr. Oz failed to pay her $15,000 per month over a period of more than three years. She claims the payments were related to her share of rental income from condominium properties connected to their father\u2019s estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c5ee5bf3bfcbdb94f9cf4e7329bdc38d\">Dr. Oz has reportedly requested that the New York court pause the lawsuit until the broader inheritance dispute is resolved.
